Digital Products Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS upon purchase. No cancellations once payment is processed.

All sales of digital products are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases of digital products on Godot Game Assets Marketplace are FINAL. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once a purchase is completed.

Why We Cannot Offer Refunds:

  • Digital Nature: Products are downloadable immediately and cannot be "returned"
  • Intellectual Property: Once accessed, the digital content cannot be retrieved
  • Prevention of Abuse: This policy prevents downloading content and then requesting a refund
  • Business Sustainability: Allows us to continue providing quality assets at affordable prices

2. No Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not available once payment has been processed. Since digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase, orders cannot be cancelled.

Before You Purchase:

  1. Review Product Details: Carefully read all product descriptions, features, and requirements
  2. Check System Requirements: Ensure the product is compatible with your Godot version
  3. Watch Demos/Previews: View any available demos, screenshots, or preview videos

  • Incompatibility: Not checking system requirements before purchase
  • Found Cheaper Alternative: Discovering similar products elsewhere

4. How to Request an Exception

If you believe your situation qualifies for one of the limited exceptions:

  1. Contact Within 24 Hours: Email us within 24 hours of purchase
  2. Provide Evidence: Include order details and evidence of the issue
  3. Explain Clearly: Clearly explain why you believe an exception applies
  4. Do NOT Download: Do not download or use the product while requesting exception

Note: Each exception request is reviewed individually and at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.

5. Replacement Policy

If you encounter legitimate technical issues with a product:

  • We will provide updated versions or fixes for defective products
  • If a product is found to have critical bugs, we will issue updates
  • You will receive free updates for the products you've purchased
  • Contact support for technical assistance with implementation

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of payment disputes or chargebacks:

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension
  • We may share purchase records with payment processors
  • We reserve the right to take legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
  • Always contact us first to resolve any payment issues
