By downloading, installing, or using our Games, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game applications ("Games") developed and published by Graphicy ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Games.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to attempt to[citation:2]:

Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools designed to modify or interfere with the Game.
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Game, its code, or any content within.
Harass, abuse, or harm other players, or post violent, threatening, or hateful content if the Game has interactive features.
Use the Game for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Games (including code, graphics, artwork, sounds, and all related intellectual property) are and will remain the exclusive property of Graphicy and its licensors[citation:2].

5. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Some Games may offer optional in-app purchases. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Virtual items or currency purchased have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAMES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components[citation:2][citation:7].

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAPHICY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE GAMES[citation:2].

8. Third-Party Services & Links

Our Games may contain third-party services (like AdMob for ads) or links. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices[citation:6].

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Games immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms[citation:2].

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Games after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
