Content & Copyright Compliance

This document outlines the intellectual property rights for the games developed by Graphicy and our compliance with copyright laws. It also explains the responsibilities of our users.

📜 Our Compliance Statement

Graphicy creates original game content. All code, graphics, sound effects, music, and branding within our games are either:

Created as original works by Graphicy (Sanjay Meher) or our contracted contributors.
Used under appropriate licenses from third-party creators (e.g., purchased asset packs with commercial licenses, royalty-free music).

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.

1. Ownership of Our Content

All rights, title, and interest in and to our games (including but not limited to software code, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catchphrases, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, documentation, in-game chat transcripts, character profile information, and recordings of games played) are owned by Graphicy or its licensors.

Our games are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

2. User-Generated Content & Responsibilities

Some of our games may allow you to create, upload, or share content ("User Content"). When you do so, you agree to the following:

Your Ownership: You retain any intellectual property rights you hold in the User Content you create.
License to Us: By sharing User Content, you grant Graphicy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content within the game and for its promotion.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you own it or have the necessary rights to share it, and that it does not violate the rights of any third party (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights).

Prohibited User Content Includes: Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right of any party. Sharing copyrighted music, movies, logos, or artwork you do not own is a violation of these terms and may result in the removal of your content and suspension of your account.

3. Copyright Infringement Reporting (DMCA Notice)

Graphicy respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

🗂️ How to File a Copyright Complaint

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated agent with the following information in writing:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it within our game or services.
Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

We will review and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the challenged material.

4. Use of Licensed Third-Party Assets

We are committed to ethical development. Any third-party assets (art, sound, code libraries) used in our games are integrated under valid, commercial, or open-source licenses that permit their use in published applications. Attribution, where required by the license, is provided within the game's credits.
